My name is Sandi and I live in Waterford in Oakland County. Yes, Waterford is a BSL community.

I started this forum as a response to Livingston County's decision to euthanize all pit bulls that come into the county shelter that is not claimed by it's owner. My hope is to educate people and lawmakers so that laws can be enacted that actually make a difference instead of destroying dogs that have no history of aggression.

Hi, its me!!! We have BSL as well. I hate it and I hate the fact that it could be extended to our dogs and we have no control over it. It breaks my heart to think that one day, Pit Bulls will no longer exist because eventually BSL may be implements all over the world.
